Meet DeShayne Hoag, CPA and Managing Shareholder at our firm. A graduate of Black Hills State University with a B.S. in business administration and dual specializations in accounting and management, she joined the firm in July 2012. She became COO in 2024 and managing shareholder in 2025.
With an audit background, DeShayne’s specialties include federal program compliance, internal controls, nonprofits, governments, multifamily housing (HUD and Rural Development), indirect costs, and revolving loan funds.
When she’s not running the firm, DeShayne’s probably spending time with her husband, Brad, and their two kids, Myles and Amelia. Or she’s jamming out to some 90s and 2000s rock (Chevelle is a definite favorite).
