We’re hopeful that the health and financial impacts of the coronavirus will be minimal and short-lived. In the meantime, we’re taking the recommended steps to make sure we’re meeting your needs and still maintaining smooth business operations.

Our offices in Rapid City and Gillette are open. If you prefer not to stop by in person, we’re happy to offer in-person meetings by phone or through web conferencing.

Prevention and Hygiene

We encourage all our staff and clients to follow the preventative measures the CDC recommends. Our offices are receiving increased cleaning and sanitizing daily, and our CP team members know that their health comes first and will stay home if they display any signs of respiratory illness or fever.

Availability and Contingency Planning

Our systems are cloud-based, and our team members can work seamlessly from the office, client location, and home. If any further action is needed, we have the technology to continue business as usual, and all information can be transmitted electronically.

Tax Returns

We offer many tools you can use to complete your tax preparation electronically:

• For individual 1040 returns, our TaxCaddy program allows you to automatically gather and share your tax documents with us and electronically sign your documents from anywhere.
• You can submit scanned tax documents through a secure Citrix ShareFile link by contacting us for a link.
• You can also opt to receive your tax return and sign your 8879s safely and securely through our digital platform.
